Fred Kilbourne, Chairperson

President of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, member of the American Academy of Actuaries Board of Directors, former president of the Casualty Actuarial Society, former vice chairperson of the Actuarial Standards Board (ASB). Belongs to all five U.S. actuarial organizations, plus the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. Independent consulting actuary in San Diego.

Bob Collett

Former CEO of Milliman Inc. and former chairman of Milliman Global. Former member of the American Academy of Actuaries Committee on International Issues. Retired, living in Seattle.

Ken Kent

Vice chairperson of the American Academy of Actuaries Council on Professionalism, former American Academy of Actuaries vice president for pension issues. Consulting actuary, Cheiron, in McLean, Va.

Roland "Guy" King

Former chief actuary for Medicare and Medicaid. Former member of the American Academy of Actuaries Board of Directors, former vice chairperson of ASB, former vice chairperson of the American Academy of Actuaries Health Practice Council. Recipient of the American Academy of Actuaries Robert J. Myers Public Service Award. Consulting actuary, president of King Associates in Annapolis, Md.

Jim Rech

Jack Turnquist
